André leads the Brand & Community Engagement team, helping to give Leaps by Bayer presence at conventions (Leaps Talks, Breaking through impossible) and in digital. His team also supports Leaps portfolio companies with branding and comms work. André worked in Marketing, Strategy, and Portfolio Management before becoming employee #3 in the Leaps team.
