Unfold aims to grow vertical farming by significantly improving food variety, yield, taste, consumer choice, the joy of cooking and to add value along the entire food experience chain: from the seed to the kitchen table. Unfold believes in alleviating the pressure on nature through vertical farming.
Approach
Since its formation in 2020, Bayer and Unfold have worked together on specific projects, with the goal of lifting the vertical farming space to the next level of quality, efficiency and sustainability.
Unfold will continue its journey within Bayer’s De Ruiter high-tech horticulture business, and we’re looking forward to the innovations this team will continue to create.
